Terms of service.

Thank you for choosing Your Local Mobile Mechanic for your mobile mechanic services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services Provided

We offer mobile mechanic services including, but not limited to, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services for various types of vehicles. Services are provided at the location of your choosing within our service area.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Booking: Customers must schedule appointments by calling, emailing. Appointments are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

  • Pricing: Service fees will be discussed with you prior to service, and an estimate will be provided. The final price may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the work performed. You will be kept in the loop every step of the way to ensure there’s no surprises.

  • Payment Method: Payments are due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards or direct deposit.

  • Late Payments: If you are unable to pay for the service and do not disclose this before the service, we retain the right to the vehicle until such payment is made.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Vehicle: You agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle for the purpose of completing the requested services.

  • Vehicle Condition: You must inform us of any known issues or damages to the vehicle prior to the service appointment. We are not responsible for issues we cannot reasonably detect at the time of service.

5. Liability and Warranty

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from the failure of the vehicle’s parts or any pre-existing conditions not disclosed before the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

  • Warranty: We offer a warranty on parts and labor for 6 months. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or material but does not apply to issues resulting from customer misuse, accidents, or failure to maintain the vehicle.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree not to share any personal information provided during the service request without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality service, there may be circumstances where a repair cannot be completed onsite due to vehicle condition, availability of parts, or other factors. In these cases, we will inform you of the issue and discuss next steps.
